Access Management - Occupancy & Traffic
TODAY: solution that allows you to neatly manage customer entrances based on the occupancy rate detected in the store: a display screen shows customers when it's time to enter. The platform allows the store manager to monitor in real time the number of entrances, occupancy level, in store traffic’s trend and regularity. Alarms notify that the set thresholds have been exceeded.
POST EMERGENCY: high accuracy (≥98%) People Counting system with 3D Cam and Wi-Fi counts the number of accesses, average stay and benchmarks between stores, sales data and marketing campaigns.
Can be integrated with:
- automatic doors and turnstiles control (automatic opening lock).
Body temperature detection and face recognition
Accurate IR sensors (wrist or face) allow temperature detection - unattended and without any skin contact - for regular store access (accuracy 0,1-0,5°C, deviation ≤ 0,3°C).
The advanced anti-fraud face recognition system also detects the presence of the mask, emitting an acoustic alarm in case of absence. A series of alerts warn the safety officer if the set temperature threshold is exceeded.

Occupancy and social distancing Monitoring - Crowd Deep
The cloud platform allows the store manager to monitor the occupancy/crowd rate and social distancing in real time.
POST EMERGENCY: an advanced business intelligence tool for KPI analysis (e.g. customers/staff relationship, flow/peak trend, average stay, campaigns effectiveness, ...), staff and resource planning and performance optimization.
Physical and virtual queue management - Integrated queue mode
It’s also possible to integrate third party solutions for queue management, both with physical tickets’ printing and virtual remote booking: our platform is able to merge both tickets generating a single queue in order to guarantee a regular and orderly store’s access management.
Hands sanitization and dynamic communication kiosk
TODAY: Indoor and outdoor Dual Sanitizer totem equipped with a 5 litre dispenser for automatic dispensing of hand sanitizer integrated with a 21.5 inch screen (also touch) for customers information and safety.
POST EMERGENCY: a point of high visibility and secure attention for dynamic and proximity digital communication. This solution also includes a Digital Signage videoMOOD license for video content management.
